Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Eligibility Window:

Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Refund or Exchange:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
• Sale items and custom pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange:

• Please include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason.

Shipping:

• We cover the shipping costs for exchanges or returns, unless the item was damaged due to misuse after delivery.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline:

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed via INSTAPAY or Vodafone Cash within 3–5 business days.
