    • Cairo: Delivery within 3 working days.
    • Delta & Alexandria: Within 4 working days.
    • Upper Egypt & Red Sea: Within 5 working days.
    • Please make sure to provide complete and accurate details (full phone number, building number , Email ,  street name, area, and city) to avoid any delays.
    • International Shipping: Delivered within 6 working days.
    • Delivery time starts the next day after placing your order.

    🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

    • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 working days of receiving your order.
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
    • For refunds, delivery fees will be deducted unless the product is defective or the wrong model/size was sent.
    • For exchanges, the customer covers the exchange delivery fees, unless there’s a defect or wrong item, in which case Jet Gear covers all shipping costs.
